Pretend
Act under one stated premise that is not true, for a set time, without ever testing it
Seen in Yoko Ono, Map Piece, summer 1962, in Grapefruit, 1964
Try it on your work
Try this
Write one thing about where you are, or about yourself, that is not true, such as "the floor is water". For five minutes do everything as if it were true; nobody has to believe it and you never check it. Stop when the five minutes end.
