Pull
Make nothing ahead; replace only what is taken; stop when nobody takes.
A supermarket shelf restocked only where the gaps are.

Try it on your work
Put five small things you have made on a shelf where people pass, with a note saying they may be taken. Make a new one only when one has gone, and only of the kind that went. Stop at the end of the week.
Send one short paragraph to one reader. Write the next only when they ask for more. Stop when no request comes.
A group cooks for a table: nothing is made until someone at the table asks for it, and only what was asked for is made. Stop when nobody asks.
How it has been used
Make nothing ahead, and make only to replace what has been taken: the stack of prints topped up as visitors carry them off, the bread baked when the shelf empties, the next chapter written when the last one has been read. The move forbids stockpiling, and forbids making what nobody has taken.
