Ritualise
Fix the form and the schedule, stated well enough to teach; repeat it exactly, every time.
The pre-match routine, identical every game.

Try it on your work
Take one action you perform daily anyway and fix its form exactly (same place, same order, same objects) with a deliberate first and last gesture, for seven days. What the fixing changed wasn't the action; note what it was.
Open and close each working day with the same short spoken or written formula, verbatim, no improvisation, for a week. The day acquires edges; describe what lives differently inside edges.
Take one recurring collective moment (a handover, a check-in) and give it an exact fixed sequence everyone knows, for five runs. What the fixed form made sayable that the loose form didn't is the yield.
How it has been used
Turn a single action into a structure that repeats: the same walk each morning, the closing ceremony, the toast before the meal. Repetition with form, not habit by accident. The move forces the form to be stated: a ritual nobody could teach is a routine, and routines don't transfer.
